When I first really watched Sue C weave, a number of years before either of us considered the HNC st Bradford, I fell in love with the smooth sheen of twills worked in silk. My exposure to weave has of course opened my eyes to many other things and now I’m also fascinated by the way you can achieve texture just through clever combining of yarns and weave structure.
